Suggested use: Mix one scoop in 6 to 8 oz of cold water about 30 minutes before training. Try one scoop first to see how you handle it. If you tolerate it well, you can go up to 2 scoops. Do not exceed 2 scoops in a day. Do not combine with other caffeine sources such as coffee or energy drinks. Avoid within 6 hours of bedtime.
