Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii and PO boxes. We don't ship internationally right now.

What it costs

Standard shipping is a flat $4.99 per order, no matter how much is in the box.

How long it takes

Grooming and supplements are packed and shipped from our US fulfillment partner.

  • Packing: 1 to 5 business days
  • Shipping: 2 to 4 business days by USPS

Most of these orders arrive within 3 to 9 business days of when you order.

Apparel is printed to order and ships from our print partner. Plan on 7 to 11 business days. If your order has apparel and anything else, it will come in separate packages on different days.

Business days are Monday through Friday, not counting holidays. Around Black Friday and the end of the year, give it a few extra days, and order early if it's a gift.

Tracking

You'll get an email with a tracking number as soon as each package ships.

Wrong address

Double-check your shipping address before you check out. If you spot a mistake, email us right away at ohiorivermuscleco@outlook.com. We can usually fix it in the first couple of hours, before your order is packed or printed. If a package comes back to us because of an address entered wrong at checkout, or because it was never picked up, we can reship it once you cover the new shipping cost.

Late or missing packages

If tracking hasn't moved in a week, or your order hasn't arrived within the times above, email us. We'll look into it and send a replacement or a refund for anything lost in transit. Please let us know within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

If tracking says delivered but you can't find it, check with neighbors and around your building and give it a day, since carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early. Still missing? Email us and we'll help you file a claim with the carrier.

Damaged or wrong items

If something shows up broken, leaking, misprinted or isn't what you ordered, see our Refund Policy. We'll make it right.
