Refund policy

If something's wrong with your order

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, misprinted or with the wrong item, or if something is missing, we'll send a replacement or give you a full refund. You don't have to send anything back.

Email ohiorivermuscleco@outlook.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a photo of the problem and a quick note on what happened. Replacements usually ship within 3 to 5 business days.

Changed your mind

You can return unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item has to be unopened and unused, with the safety seal intact and in its original packaging.
  • Email us first at ohiorivermuscleco@outlook.com with your order number and what you're sending back. We'll reply with the return address. Packages sent back without contacting us first can't be accepted.
  • You pay for return shipping. Use a tracked service, since we can't refund a return that never reaches us.
  • The original $4.99 shipping charge isn't refundable.

Once your return arrives and we check it, we'll refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 business days to post it.

Apparel

Shirts are printed to order, one at a time. You can return one within 30 days of delivery if it's unworn and unwashed, under the same steps as above. Check the size chart on the product page before you order, since we can't exchange a shirt that's been worn or washed. Misprints and the wrong size sent by us are covered under "If something's wrong with your order."

What we can't take back

For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns on anything that's been opened or used. That includes supplements, powders, capsules, drops, coffee, skincare, scrubs and bar soaps once the wrapper or seal is off. If an opened product is defective, that's covered under "If something's wrong with your order" above.

Kits

Kits are priced lower than buying each piece on its own. You can return a whole unopened kit for a refund of the kit price. If you return only part of a kit, your refund is that item's share of the discounted kit price, not its regular price.

Canceling an order

Orders are sent to be packed or printed quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as you can. If it hasn't been packed or printed yet, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. Once it ships, you can return it under the rules above.

Exchanges

We don't do direct exchanges. Return the item under the rules above and place a new order for what you want.
