These terms cover your use of this website and anything you buy from Ohio River Muscle Co. ("we," "us"). By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can buy

You must be at least 18 years old to buy from us. Several of our products, including pre-workout, methylene blue and melatonin-containing skincare, are for adults only. By placing an order, you confirm you are 18 or older.

2. Health and supplement disclaimer

Our supplements and skincare are not medicine. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from your doctor.

  • Statements about our dietary supplements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
  • Talk to a doctor before starting any supplement, especially if you are pregnant or nursing, take prescription medication, have a medical condition, or are scheduled for surgery.
  • Read every label and caution before use. Use products only as directed and do not exceed the suggested serving.
  • Check the ingredients for allergens. Some products contain milk, fish, tree nuts, soy, wheat, caffeine or bee products.
  • Our skincare products are cosmetics. They are made to clean, moisturize and improve how skin looks. They are not intended to treat any skin or hair condition.
  • Results vary from person to person. We don't guarantee any specific result.

Stop using any product and see a doctor if you have a reaction.

3. Product information

We work to keep product descriptions, ingredients and images accurate. Formulas and packaging can change from time to time, so the label on the product you receive is the final word. If the label and the website disagree, go by the label.

4. Prices and orders

  • Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout.
  • Kit discounts apply automatically at checkout when every item in the kit is in your cart.
  • If an item is listed at the wrong price or with the wrong information because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after you've received an order confirmation.
  • We may limit quantities or refuse an order, including orders that appear to be for resale or that we suspect are fraudulent.
  • An order confirmation email means we received your order. It isn't acceptance. Your order is accepted when it ships.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Shopify. We never see or store your full card number. You agree that the payment information you give us is yours and is accurate.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

7. Our content

Everything on this site, including our name, logo, artwork, photos, product names and writing, belongs to Ohio River Muscle Co. or the people who license it to us. Don't copy or reuse it without our written permission.

8. Reviews and messages you send us

If you send us a review, photo, comment or idea, you let us use it, including on our site and social media, without paying you. Please keep it honest and don't post anything unlawful, misleading or someone else's work.

9. Using the site

Don't use the site for anything illegal, try to break or overload it, scrape it, or interfere with other people using it. We may suspend access for anyone who does.

10. Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, including our retail partner Optimize U Evansville & Columbus locations. We aren't responsible for their content, products or policies.

11. Disclaimer

The site and our products are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties not stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. This doesn't affect any rights you have that can't be waived by law.

12. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

13. Indemnity

If you misuse our products or the site, or break these terms, and someone makes a claim against us because of it, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Kentucky.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
